WHAT WILL A hubspot ADMINistrator DO FOR YOU?

Core responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Understand all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities
  • Support the team’s training and use of HubSpot, to ensure the maximum value is achieved from the business’s subscription level within the platform
  • Assisting with list generation, maintaining the platform and conducting quarterly cleanups of information and ensuring naming conventions are upheld throughout the platform
  • Implementing automations through workflows and sequences within the platform to support marketing campaigns and other electronic marketing correspondence
  • Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of contacts/deals for deactivated users
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automations, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users, and other capabilities including:
    • Build and manage Workflows and Process,
    • Custom Objects Configuration,
    • Security Controls,
    • Third-party integrations,
    • Participate in system implementation projects where HubSpot is involved,
    • Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures
  • Maintain a high-level familiarity with related systems capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential system updates and recommendations. Knowledge sharing of information and platform updates with colleagues
  • Interface with teams across the business including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Users to facilitate business requirements and related duties
  • Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of HubSpot CRM environment.
  • Lead HubSpot onboarding and internal training, as necessary.

Skills and Knowledge

  • 2+ years of experience as a HubSpot power user or administrator,
  • Strong project management skills
  • HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications preferred
  • Ability to provide best practices, training programs, and coaching on the use of CRM applications to end users
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Technology & Software Platforms

  • A modern computer and good and reliable as possible internet connection.
  • Experience or familiarity with the following software (or similar):
    • Project Management Tool (Monday.com, Asana)
    • Calendar app - Calendly, Google Calendar, etc. any kind of scheduling tool for booking a meeting
    • CRM tool such as HubSpot or Salesforce - for data entry, management, and cleanup of contacts
    • Dialer - could be external or integrated in your current CRM - for inbound and outbound calls
    • Email and document suite (Google Workspace, Office 365)
